Nice place to stay.

Yes, the staff was very friendly.

The last day I heard that there was a comfy floor in the last floor with a nice sightseeing but nobody told me that. Petty not to enjoy. Also I was told in reception that the restaurant already had my request of gluten free. But the next morning no gluten free breakfast was ready. Nobody was aware of that.

After two stays would go back any time

The reception staff were super helpful and sweet. Camilla and Lourdes in particular, but all were helpful. We used laundry service and it was quick and inexpensive. We were able to change rooms with no fuss. The location is fantastic.

Room service did not clean well. Breakfast was just adequate, but Abril was great.

We had a four day very comfortable stay at this hotel, and will return in a few days if they have rooms available. Highl

Place is quite unique in design. Our room was large and comfortable. The staff was really sweet, engaging, and very helpful.

You have to insert your room key in a device as you enter your room to have electricity. That means it gets quite warm in the room while you are away. Air-conditioning was quite efficient and it did cool down pretty quick.

The location and the premices are very pleasant. The staff helpful and frienly. My only criticism would be the breakfast with limited choice, average quality and a space dedicated not really comfy. Otherwise, I would recommend the place.

We enjoyed out visit and may consider returning to Palacio Paz if the tariff becomes more reasonable

The breakfast was average. ( Juice, Tea, coffee and cereal) If one wanted American style breakfast there was an additional charge. The food in the restaurant was very good, as well as the service

Check in time was too late, because the housekeeping staff starts their shift almost at check out time., not all guest wait to check out late in the morning. It seems the hotel is very frugal and all the staff, we met in December is no longer working at the property. There were not enough hangers in the clothes rack as well as trash cans. The cleaning staff forgot to re-supply toilet papered it created a "crisisInstead of providing full new rolls of toilet paper the staff supplied previously opened rolls.

Amazing view. Very good location. Good breakfast, typical Argentine meal. Good cost for what you get. Good space in the room.

Some maintenance is needed in some aspects. A repainting would be good.

Very Good

This is a small hotel, and there is no lobby, only a Reception desk and a small gate to enter hotel. Location is pretty good. Reception is good and helpful. But don't think it's 4* hotel.

Room is quite small and the air conditioning isn't work good. So feel hot at night. Breakfast is very basic and simple.

Very nice place to stay in Buenos Aires downtown, worth the money

Great location and comfortable rooms - we stay in two different rooms. The moby dick bar has a good menu for lunch and dinner.

The staff are very friendly and ready to help but failed a bit in some specific situations. For exemple, the ac of our room stop working and they didn't fixed, so we had the last two nights with no ac.

Great room. Poor breakfast.

The hotel is cosy and charming. Close to subway and in nice neighbourhood. The rooms very spacious, bright and clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful reception staff. We were allowed late check out, which was really great before long flight back to Europe.

Breakfast was very poor. The worst we had during one month trip through Argentina. For nearly 4.000ARS we could choose from the "buffet": one kind of lousy commercial ham and one kind of cheese, a mini fruit salad and some bread. Kids could gave some cereals. That's all. There were no vegetables, no eggs, nothing warm nor healthy to eat from. When we complained at the check out, the receptionist apologised and said we should have been offered more options. If so, the morning waitresses (3!), who stood there doing nothing should have told us so. All the guest were eating gloomy food or just had coffee and went away while the waitresses just chatted among themselves. Shame! We were not provided with a refund. So I'd recommend eating elsewhere at half the price a true breakfast. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. At night, the room with street view was bit noisy.

Great location, friendly staff but very simple hotel.

Very convenient location in front of the metro station with many restaurants around and walk distance from many tourist attractions. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bathroom was new, spacious and clean.

Breakfast it’s very poor. Room isn’t like in the photo it’s actually very small.

Near perfect stay at Palacio Paz

Every member of the staff was super nice and helpful from check-in to check-out. I was able to use my English and poor Spanish to easily accomplish everything quickly and easily. They were very nice about calling a car for me everytime I needed one. I think the price charged was fair fare. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was included with my room. It was well worth it. It was self service so I could pick and choose what I wanted and drink as much coffee as I like! The location is great. I had a hard time finding it at first but once I got oriented it turned out to be convenient to everything. Unfortunately the metro station which is the perfect distance around the corner from the hotel, was closed, as it was being renovated. It looked very nice when we passed it en route to Recoleta. Definitely a plus for when I return. The room was very comfortable. Very clean. There was no dresser, but a bookshelf / closet and a fully stocked refrigerator. There's also a safe in the room. I left most of my things out and had no issue with the housekeeping. I travel with so little of value. I rehung my towels but they still replaced them daily. An abundance of towels was provided, which was great. I brought my own washcloth. The shower strength was excellent. There were two bottles of water waiting for me which I appreciated. I found little to complain about and highly recommend.

1. There should be a breakfast menu (in English) as I did not know I could get eggs cooked to order. 2. I should have upgraded to a better room that would face the street. My room's view faced the back of several other buildings. It was interesting maybe twice a day for five minutes then the rest of the day I c 3. I had the misfortune of having a family with a small baby across the hall from me as the baby cried a lot. Otherwise, I would have no complaints about noise. 4. The bathroom soap was terrible. One bar smelled bad. Another was hard. The shampoo and conditioner was ok, so they should add soap. 5. It would be cool if they could sell SUBE cards. It would have made things a lot easier had I known about it right from the start!

Friendly hotel near the park.

The room was very clean and the bed large and comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite and obliging when we asked to change rooms (the first was too small). We had a good view of the square from our room.

We were on a month-long tour and so we wanted to unpack. Unfortunately, there are no wardrobes, just open shelves. One evening there was no hot water for a bath.
